I've resisted the urge to make a thread for this show, but I just thought it would be interesting to see who you think WILL be Nancy next week in the final.
From those left, I think it should be Jodie, think it will be Jessie, but wanted Sarah!

Jodie. She's the only one left who has any of the qualities I would expect from Nancy.
I'm a big Sarah fan though, knew she wouldn't win but love her voice. She's gonna be at the I'd do Anything singing events this week (one of which i'm going to tomorrow).
Sam - big fat no - can't act - her voice is certainly nothing special. She would make an OK popstar.
Jessie - my second choice of the three. She can certainly sing well and with some lessons her acting and movement skills will come up to scratch, not sure if it'll happen by December but by this time next year she'll be a lot better, much more grounded and ready to be in the west end (not a lead straight off maybe but ensemble - sure)

It was brilliant fun. Niamh, Ashley and Sarah were there, as well as Michael French, the BBC singers and the BBC orchestra. It was basically as a big sing along in three different parts. Everyone was split into three groups and learned a different part. I was in the red group and we did the middle section which was from Hello Dolly.
I have also realised what people saw in Niamh. Live she just has this (not sure of the right word, glow? aura? maybe) that just draws you to her when she sings. Plus, she's much better vocally live as well.

Don't know if anyone else watched it but a big congrats to Jodie although Jessie did well tonight as well. I watched it!!! Was glad that Jodie won as I was getting so fed up with all the fawning over Jessie by the middle aged men on the panel LOL! But seriously I thought she suited the part better and actually sounded and acted better than Jessie. I'm sure Jessie will go on to bigger and better things anyway. Was surprised by the appearance of Lee Mead and the Olivers!

I sort of guessed he'd be there as Connie was there last year.
I loved the Olivers and it was great to see some of the other Nancy's back as well.
Would also like to say, I love Gwion (in a non-perverted way, lol). He's totally adorable and i'd only go and see the show if I could guarantee he'd be on.

Have to agree Gwion is very cute in an Oliver-ish way. I wasn't convinced at first, but seeing him sing and dance on Saturday there was definitely something 'starry' about him!

Loved him from the first show when he got the scroll to say he could be Oliver. He's just so quirky.
