Don't laugh! I went to see Aladdin last night at our local theatre. It starred Bradley Walsh, Eric Potts (apparently both from Coronation Street) and Michael Quinn (from Grease is the word). It was an absolute scream, Bradley Walsh was hysterical. If you ever get the chance to see him in panto, go you won't regret it! I haven't laughed so much in ages. Is anyone else going to panto and who are you seeing?

Me, me!! *jumps up and down* I'm really excited about it. They're doing Aladdin in Newcastle aswell. Not sure who's in it that you'll have heard of tbh. The two guys who have been in panto for that past few years at least are hilarious. They're professional clowns. We're getting Daleks and a 3-D Genie and carpet ride!!

Tee hee! After reading your post I have this vision of daleks shouting "Oh no he didn't!". Sounds like good fun. The magic carpet at last night's panto was on some sort of hydraulic lift and we all had to scream to make it go higher LOL! The genie had these sort of Elton John style huge platform boots like the one's in 'Tommy'!

Haha, sounds like fun. I absolutely love the Daleks. My favourite Doctor Who character by far so i'm excited about seeing them on stage. I have to wait another month though One things for sure though, pantos definitely aren't just for kids.

Kids were in the minority the other evening! Were more OAP's in the audience LOL!
The first panto I took the girls to was with Steve McFadden from 'Enders! We couldn't understand him and it was really boring! I guess you do need a good comedian to make things interesting.

True, but the horses generally get scared in front of a live audience and we know what that means.
