Who has read it?!! I read mine in 2 days (yes I know I am an evil mother who totally neglected her daughter for the duration!!) But I have to say I loved the last little chapter, and I am so glad certain things turned out the way they did. (Not saying to much on purpose - don't want to give the game away to anyone who hasn't yet read it!)

I read it as soon as I got it. That was about 2am as I was sad enough to queue. It's brilliant and i'm glad to finally find someone else who likes the epilogue aswell.

I finished it a week or so ago and thought it was great. I did get a bit distracted during the camping in the woods bit, but it soon picked up. I was definitely sad when I finished reading it as I always look forward to the next one. Not sure about the epilogue, it seemed a little bit like watching 'The adventures of Winnie the Pooh' after 'Silence of the Lambs'! But I suppose it brought a sort of closure.

I think the point of the Epilogue was to show that they were all strong enough to carry-on -- that indeed "All was well", and there wasn't any lingering menace haunting them -- that things really can come to an end, and people can move forward and live.

I'm ashamed to say I read it on the day it came out - but I loved it!! Wasn't too keen on the final chapter to start with but once I reread it I really liked it. And I cried! (Not at the last chapter, at a moment involving a certain person and a memory....hopefully I'm not giving anything away there. Can't wait for the film! (though I'll ball my eyes out then!)

I thought the point of the epilogue was to set up the chance of a sequel so JK can earn millions more but then, I'm cynical like that.

Tee hee! I heard from someone that the Chinese have already written sequels!! If this is true and they base it around the epilogue, I'm a little scared that it may be like the Waltons meets Hogwarts.

I cried at most of it, but then again I cry at 'Neighbours'! I loved the epilogue Jimee, it rounded the story off nicely, and made me smile.
