Well i have to say that i have never watched football matches and i'm pretty sure tonight is the first time i'm gonna do it because Estonian national team is playing with British national team. This is the first game ever between those two teams. BUT the thing is that THE KING OF FOOTBALL,DAVID BECKHAM himself is really here in Tallinn right now! They arrived yesterday evening and the game is tonight!! www.sloleht.ee/index.aspx?v=gallery&gID=124

Thank you for that ruthie! I thought of you when I saw Tallinn on the news this morning - it looked lovely and in fact they remarked that it is a lovely city. I must say though, is it just me or does Becks look like he has grey\white hair on top???

I did watch the highlights last night - I admit mainly to check out Becks hair (I'm so sad I l know). I thought Estonia put up a brave fight, I definitely wouldn't be embarrassed if I were you Ruthie. I don't get excited about football so I don't feel one way or the other about it - I'm still your friend LOL!!!
P.S. I was wrong about the hair - looks like he's had some sort of highlights done before it was shaved!

I missed the match on Wednesday but saw the game last week. I agree Debs, Beckham does look like he's got greyish hair! I'm glad he's back on form (football wise!)

Becks was here not too long ago, infact, one block away from my house. Our team here is Real Salt Lake derived from Real Madrid (his old team), so they had a match here just for fun really. Anyways, they also had open practice for people to watch, and after I was waiting for Beckham to come out, and yelled his name, and he waved at me. Haha, later I found out he hugged my best friend who doesn't really care for football. *Jealous* My computer crashed, and I didn't get very many pictures online... like the one of him waving at me. =( But here is one of the practice. i72.photobucket.com/albums/i197/profilegen118822/becks/MB1.jpg
