Ok... I have good news and bad news.
I've decided not to go to Estonia...this time...in fact, at the moment I'm not going anywhere at all...But in April...I'm going to NEW YORK!
Decision made on a lot of factors...not least of all it looks like the closest I could get to seeing Tony perform may well be standing outside the venue and listening VERY HARD. Plus, just after Christmas isn't the best time to go on holiday for anyone...expecially last minute (I would have saved a bit if I'd known!)
So anyway...I already have a week booked off work in April for one of my courses...which I still haven't booked...I just can't get motivated to fill out the forms and get headshots done etc. Then...about an hour ago actually...I had a brainstorm!...One theatre course is enough for me this year (plus classes etc...I might even do another evening class at Arts Ed), the cost of this course isn't cheap...plus, costs would sky rocket commuting into London everyday!...And I've been so worried about the cold weather...Isn't April the perfect time to go to New York which, as I discovered over my 21st...is in fact my spiritual home!?
Ruthie...Thank you SO MUCH for your advice (and kind invite to meet up!) I've been looking at lots of guide books and websites about Estonia and it looks absolutely beautiful...so maybe one day! In fact...absolutely one day!....Its officially on my list of 'must visits'...And its up to you now...we need ALL the gossip!
Now...If Mr Vincent would be so kind as to organise a NYC gig between 17th and the 20th of April...I would be very much obliged!
NEW YORK BABY YEAH!

I tried to book my trip...But my card won't go through Will have to phone Barclaycard tomorrrow...Ah well...I'd rather this happened than someone cloned my card, started spending like crazy, and they didn't spot it. Darn me being sensible with money and never usually using my credit card!

All sorted...Darn me never using my credit card and not even knowing what my credit limit was. Anyway...deposit paid and ready to go!...Watch out the people of Manhattan...I'm on my way! I've also booked a helicopter trip around New York...I have a recurring dream that I'm flying over the Statue of Liberty and Manhattan...so to actually do it will be totally amazing! Now I have to decide which Broadway show(s) to see...Anyone have any tips? I have a loooong list of what else I want to do...I'm sure I'll bore you all with the details soon!

If you haven't already seen it in London, then I would highly recommend Wicked! Even if you have seen it in London, then I would still suggest you try the Broadway version.... personally I enjoyed it more with the American accents - they work better with the duets for me. There are so many good shows to pick from though, you're sure to find something to your taste.
Have a fabulous time Laura! *is trying not to be jealous but is actually green with envy*
