I was just listening to the BBC news and they announced that Apple are dropping the price of their iTunes downloads - hurrah! I instantly had visions of paying the same price as iTunes in the US (around 50p). The newsreader also announced that the new price would be the same as that paid in Europe, but then came the words . . . . Apple currently charges 79 pence per download in the UK, compared with 99 euro cents (74p) in the rest of Europe. Now what shall I spend all the extra money on?

Well considering penny sweets no longer cost just a penny 10p mix ups contain 2 things. Thats inflation for ya.

What shocked me the other day was the price of an NHS filling at the dentists - £45 for amalgam or £95 for a white one

I know I said this last year (and maybe the year before) - I really don't like cream eggs! This could be because I don't like real eggs and so the thought of a sweet sticky version leaves me cold.
