Ok, little update. Been feeling more and more confident recently which obviously means I've been able to get out more and do more shoots My nerves really hold me back, so it's been really great to go and get some outdoor photos again! Anyway, today I visited a few bridges between two local villages; West Stafford and Lower Bockhampton. The bridges lead the road between the villages, over the River Frome - known for wild salmon, amongst other things. I also ended up on a path formerly used by the writer Thomas Hardy, although didn't get any photographs worth bothering with there Ha! So yeah, took about 60-70 shots in total, mainly at the first location. Of those, 4 are worthy of going into my portfolio and are there right now...also 3 of them are on my deviantART page. But here especially for you is my personal favourite, titled "Look But Don't Touch". Enjoy

Wow, I've only just seen this thread. I LOVE your stuff. It's so beautiful and there is such a lot to look at in each shot. I really like the light effects and colour you get. Best wishes for the future, you've got the talent I hope you get the contacts.

I mean, I started out a year and a bit ago as the classic teenage photographer, wanting to shoot everything in black and white...but then I discovered how wonderful colour can be and just fell in love. I very rarely shoot in black and white now...only for portraiture really But thank you, you're very kind in your words and I appreciate that a lot!! Also, thank you Ellen, I'll check that guy out and have a look at his work. I love looking at other photographers, although do my best never to try and adopt their styles, as it's very important to me to have my own style...which I've been told I have so that's ok Cesca; you're a sweetie, thanks babes xxxxxxxxxxxx
